I offer integrative psychotherapy in Denver, Colorado, and via tele-therapy. I work with individuals navigating emotional pain, trauma, and the complex inner work of personal growth. I believe therapy can be a transformative process—one that helps us reconnect with the core of who we are, deepen our relationships, and live with greater freedom and authenticity. My clinical foundation includes experience directing an IOP/PHP clinic and working with a wide range of mental health concerns. I help individuals and couples explore anxiety, trauma, identity, and life transitions. I’m a certified trauma-informed therapist and Level 3 Gottman Method couples counselor. My integrative approach draws from ISTDP, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and transpersonal psychology.
