I believe that growth happens in the context of authentic connection. I’m not a “smile and nod” or “how does that make you feel?” type of therapist. I bring my genuine self into sessions—listening deeply, being present with you, and offering honest reflection. Sometimes the stress, expectations, and difficulties of family, work, and relationships leave us feeling stuck. Whether it’s the presence of anxiety, the weight of depression, the overwhelm of balancing too many roles, the challenges of ADHD, or the reminders of past trauma, it can feel exhausting to keep going without support.
