I help adults in Meridian and surrounding areas navigate mental health challenges, anxiety, complex trauma, low self-worth, & life transitions. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed by expectations, second guess themselves, feel trapped in survival mode and walk away with a more compassionate understanding of who they are and what they want, while being able to move through emotions rather than shame them. Therapy with me is warm, trauma focused, and deeply validating, but I also gently challenge patterns that keep you stuck.
