The mind and body are undeniably connected. I believe in taking the time to notice what our body is telling us. If you experience unpleasant symptoms and issues in your life, this is likely a sign that something is hiding in your mind. You and I will locate where it hides, bring awareness to it, and then learn how to find relief and grow. This is where the healing begins. I support individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges, whether it’s anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or navigating life transitions. I am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) recognized by the Arkansas Board of Examiners in Counseling. I start by targeting unwanted symptoms, then collaborate with my clients on goal-setting for the therapy process. I believe that people have everything they need inside of them to heal, sometimes they just need a little help. I am here to help guide you.
