I understand what it’s like to hide yourself, whether it’s from your identity, your relationships, or your past experiences. You may feel hesitant to open up to another person; you might feel worried they won’t believe you; or you might not feel anything at all. In my work, I meet you in the moment, whatever that might be. I welcome clients to explore all parts of their identity, no exceptions. If you’re feeling “stuck,” I invite you into conversation with me to understand that feeling and find a way forward. We can do this by exploring your past, looking at your current challenges, and by imagining what the future could hold.
