I view psychotherapy as a collaborative partnership through which clients further develop and enhance their abilities and strengths. My hope is that clients become more cognizant of the internal and external elements that influence their well-being, and serve as energizers and/or drainers in their functioning across various settings. I work with clients to explore their wishes, clarify their goals, and create and implement plans to attain their objectives. In the process, I provide clients support and encouragement in a manner that is genuine, straightforward, thoughtful, and non-judgmental.
