I am a licencsed therapist who focuses on supporting the LGBTQ+ community, progressive women and individuals, and anyone with a traumaI history. I offer a warm, realistic, and humanistic connection where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment, and find a way to be in better alignment with your Self. I also support clients working through codependency, people-pleasing, and narcissistic abuse recovery. I am currently seeing clients via telehealth who live outside of the panhandle in the state of Florida. I have recently been credentialed with Florida Blue and take many different insurances.
