I have experience working with multiple populations including adolescents, teens, young adults, adults, and couples. Individually, my clients seek a safe space to achieve goals related to substance abuse, depression and anxiety, personality and mood disorders, suicidal ideation, self harm, and many other mental health concerns. Each client requires an individual treatment plan catered to their personal goals and life experiences. I utilize different modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) in my therapeutic process.
