I am a therapist with over 10 years of experience and training working with diverse individuals and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges. I have treated mood disorders, anxiety, grief/loss, trauma, attachment ruptures, communication, and relationship challenges. I bring a trauma- informed, strengths-based, culturally competent, anti-oppressive, and intersectional lens to my professional practice. I integrate evidenced based therapeutic modalities including Ecotherapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), ecotherapy, mindfulness, attachment based, solution focused, structural and family systems-based interventions into my work.
