Many of my clients, kids, teens, and adults alike, come in feeling weighed down by things that don’t have easy words: a child’s anxiety masked by perfectionism, a teen’s grief that looks like anger, an adult’s quiet exhaustion from trying to meet everyone else’s expectations. Some are navigating cultural identity, neurodivergence, or systemic pressures that make life feel like an uphill climb, or getting out of bed impossible. What they want isn’t just symptom relief; they’re looking for understanding, steadiness, and a way back to themselves and what feels real.
