Many of the women I work with are navigating life in a new country, managing expectations from their spouse, children, and in-laws, often with little time or energy left for themselves. The pressure to do everything “right” can be exhausting — especially when you don’t feel seen or understood. If this sounds familiar, please know that there is hope and change is possible. Our sessions will focus on building your confidence and helping you take meaningful steps toward freedom and balance. Whether that means setting boundaries, learning new communication tools, or finding time just for you — we’ll do it together.
