Hello, My name is Sable Barney and I am so happy to be here with you as you journey towards recovery, self-discovery, and resilience. I have had the amazing opportunity to work with so many incredible individuals over the years and I am excited to work with you to help you meet your goals. I graduated with my Masters of Science in Counseling degree from Grand Canyon University and I have been working as a counselor since 2017. I specialize in a variety of therapy models including Therapeutic Art, Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness, Equestrian Assisted Psychotherapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have worked with several non-profit agencies around the Valley and helped individuals of all ages develop coping skills and regain hope for their future.
