I am a seasoned Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience. My areas of expertise include, anxiety, stress, depression, emotional regulation, boundary setting, life-role-transitions, trauma, grief/loss, chronic illness, caregiver burnout, and end-of-life issues. My approach to therapy is integrative in nature. I consider the whole person by focusing on physical, mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual wellbeing. I utilize various therapies, such as CBT, ACT, Solution-Focused, and Motivational Interviewing. Additionally, I incorporate holistic approaches into sessions, such as Breathwork and Mindfulness.
