Taking the first step in starting your therapeutic journey is a powerful and courageous action, and I believe that all clients have the power to enact meaningful change in their lives. My role is as a soundboard that reflects my client’s experience and helps them identify the tools necessary for personal growth. Every person I work with has unique experiences and valid perspectives, therefore I truly see the value in being mindful of the multiple aspects influencing a client’s life. I work with a variety of clients ranging from children to teens, adult individuals, and couples. I have worked extensively with clients exploring identity development, managing anxiety, developing coping skills, and working on familial and romantic relationships. I can help you identify the tools you have within to work through your presenting concerns.
