Hey there! I am Sabrina, a passionate and experienced counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. With a background in Psychology and Sociology and a master’s degree in Community and Trauma Counseling, I bring a compassionate and non-judgemental approach to my work. I have experience assisting young adult, adult, and geriatric age groups who have struggled with symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, anger, addictions, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. I take pride in advocating and working with the LGBTQIA+ community.
