I bring over 20 years of experience supporting youth, adults, and families, as well as people who care for others, including fellow clinicians, academics, and nonprofit professionals. I work with people who are dealing with the impacts of stress, managing the day-to-day weight of anxiety or disconnection, facing major life transitions, or seeking healing from family dysfunction and trauma. Many of my clients are exploring queer and trans identity, processing loss, navigating their relationship to substance use, aiming to find a work/life balance — and are looking for relief, direction, or deeper connection.
