Sabrina Chaumette (LCS 18239) is a licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked in the mental health field for 30 years in a variety of settings including Kaiser Permanente, Camden Center, and Family Service Agency. She received her master’s degree from California State University Sacramento in 1992 and has since continued her clinical training focusing on evidence-based practices such as a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). She is also a certified yoga teacher.
