Do you feel overwhelmed by navigating the challenges that can come with autism for yourself or your family, impacted by trauma, or anxiety, grief? I work with adolescents, adults, and families who feel exhausted from trying to manage everything on their own. I offer a supportive space where you can slow down, feel understood, and make sense of your emotions. I focus on building practical coping skills, strengthening emotional regulation, and helping you feel more steady and supported. I prioritize patience, compassion, and collaboration, and I work closely with you to help you feel safer and more grounded in your day-to-day life. Sabrina uses a trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, client-centered approach to support adolescents, adults, and families. Sessions may include CBT and DBT-based strategies, grounding tools, and practical skill building. She is crisis-certified and especially passionate about supporting children and adults impacted by trauma.
