I am a licensed mental health provider in Maryland who uses a multimodal approach to helping clients with various concerns. My counseling style is warm and interactive and I tailor session dialogue and treatment plans to meet the unique and specific needs of each client. In life we all experience challenges, hardships and setbacks. These are unavoidable realities of the human experience. The goal is not to avoid these things, but to learn healthy and effective ways of coping with and navigating difficult situations. Seeking help can be one of the most rewarding and empowering things a person or a couple can do for themselves.
