Everyone experiences challenging times or life changes at one point or another. I believe one of the bravest things one can do is begin to understand their own story. I provide a safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment for my clients to explore personal issues, dilemmas, and concerns in a professional setting. My therapy approach is tailored to each client’s needs and preferences, and I pull from several evidence-based modalities. I am compassionate and supportive but willing to be direct in my guidance.
