Hello and welcome! I’m Sabrina. I’m a licensed psychologist who helps people work through challenges like anxiety, stress, trauma, and the feeling of being overwhelmed or stretched too thin. I often work with parents navigating the emotional ups and downs of caregiving, children and teens working through big emotions or life transitions, and individuals trying to feel more at ease with themselves and their relationships. I received my Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and completed my APA-accredited doctoral internship at Harvard Medical School/Cambridge Health Alliance.
