Life is all about connecting. If you are reading this you either have a disconnect with yourself or people in your life. When working together I make a genuine connection with you and we practice. I can dissect your thoughts and help you place them in your life the way that you deserve. I am kind and compassionate but I can also tell you the truth. Life is short. Let me guide you to make the most of it! I am neurodivergent and I struggled with focus and not being able to start or complete tasks. This created anxiety and being overwhelmed because my brain could not hold that information long enough to process. With a better understanding of the autonomic nervous system and how it shapes the way we experience life I have been able to help myself and others.
