I am a Mental Health Counselor in the state of Iowa. I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Iowa and my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Indiana State University. I have also completed the Training for Adoption Competency presented by the Center for Adoption Support and Education. I have worked with ages 8 to adulthood on issues such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, PTSD, trauma, stress, foster/adoption, and domestic violence.
