Being a human is hard. Finding the energy to start therapy can feel impossible. My goal is to create a space where you can feel comfortable, safe, and supported. Some sessions might look more structured, and focused on learning, while others may be more open - grounded in mindfulness, self-expression, or simply allowing yourself the permission to just be. As American psychologist Carl Rogers once said, "People are just as wonderful as sunsets if you let them be. When I look at a sunset, I don’t find myself saying, ‘Soften the orange a bit on the right-hand corner.’ I don’t try to control a sunset. I watch with awe as it unfolds.”
