Starting the therapeutic process can be so daunting. You may be thinking where do I even begin? I understand, I've been in your shoes before and my goal is to make this process seamless so you don't have to add another worry to your plate. My clients would describe my style as authentic, genuine, and welcoming. My ideal client is someone who is ready to address their challenges and work together to find solutions and strategies to better manage their life. My goal for you is to leave sessions with a new tool, strategy, or new perspective so you can heal in therapy and outside of therapy too! I work with clients 14+ using a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused. I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, and life transitions. I have experience treating depression, mood disorders, trauma, and relationship conflict.
