Life can be rough for young adults today; whether it's school/work struggles, peer or relationship issues, pressures from social media, anxiety & depression symptoms, and so much more. Even though we intellectually know there are others experiencing similar feelings, it still feels lonely. It's difficult to open up to family and friends as we don't want to feel like a burden and don’t want to disappoint anyone, but it ends up feeling like "no one gets me". My passion is to help young adults discover their worth, to feel understood, and get to a healthy and happy space in life. I specialize in working with young adults, teens, the LGBTQ+ community & all individuals with needs including, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, identity struggles, self-worth, trauma, relationship difficulties, etc. I provide a warm, caring, judgment-free space to talk about the hard stuff, & to learn skills to cope with what life throws at us.
