I am a clinical social worker and psychotherapist working with individuals navigating relationship issues, life and career transitions, and personal growth. My work is informed by my post-graduate training in psychodynamic psychotherapy and work as a certified yoga instructor, but I tailor my approach to fit you. My approach is invested deeply in our collaborative relationship. I believe that you are the expert on yourself, and it is my role to be your ally as you access your best and most-fulfilled self and move through the ever-changing world around you.
