I specialize in working with youth and adults experiencing increasingly distressing symptoms. This can include: Low mood, anxiety, trauma, emotional dysregulation & challenges with day to day tasks or overall desire to improve quality of life. I create a safe and non-judgmental space for those silenced and confused by their day to day challenges. Working together to navigate their unique experiences. My passion is working with others in need by bringing my clinical experience and my authentic self into the therapy room. My belief is that the client is the expert on their lives, working collaboratively as their co-pilot when approaching mental health. I'm DBT and TF-CBT trained and certified.
