Hello, I'm a seasoned mental health professional with over 15 years of experience supporting clients through meaningful growth and transformation. I received my Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern California. Specializing in work with women and individuals of all genders, I focus on helping clients navigate career and life transitions, address women's issues, manage parenting challenges, and overcome anxiety. With a compassionate and client-centered approach, I partner with individuals to empower them to develop resilience, achieve balance, and thrive in their personal and professional lives.
