The fact that you are reading these words tells us you have been attempting to overcome some type of life adversity. We often do not seek this type of help, mostly because of the many negative judgments that have influenced us since our childhood. It is these vary experiences, along with our own perception of them, that has caused and exacerbated the very symptoms we seek help for.
