As a compassionate and dedicated candidate licensed clinical counselor, I enjoy supporting individuals, families and children as they navigate challenging life circumstances, trauma, and transition. Of particular interest is utilizing physio-emotional and somatic modalities in healing from trauma. This can look like utilizing a variety of tools from walking outside together, breathwork, movement, and even touch therapy like Craniosacral. As a dually licensed clinician, I incorporate trauma informed touch therapy modalities to encourage my clients' nervous systems to integrate emotions, process experiences, and settle into safety. View 8 Photos I work with individuals and families to identify and disrupt intergenerational patterns, dysregulated emotions and behaviors that no longer serve them. I have found the integration of counseling and somatic treatment modalities to be beneficial to healing the mind, body, and spirit of infants, children and adults.
