My primary client population primarily consists of adolescents and young adults. I take pride in providing authentic and genuine support to my clients as we navigate stress and anxiety management, behavioral and emotional regulation, interpersonal relationships, unresolved trauma, and an improved overall sense of self. My clients are the experts on their thoughts and feelings. Client autonomy is vital and strongly encouraged throughout sessions.
