Challenges with sexual desire, sexual pain (vaginismus), infidelity, or even enjoying sex again after having kids can be extremely difficulty to talk about with your spouse. It is likely that you have already tried to find solutions, but are getting stuck in a cycle of frustration and avoidance. In our work, we will target the anxieties, beliefs or behavioral patterns contribute to the breakdown in intimacy, while also intentionally outlining a path forward for sustainable change. Experiential homework is incorporated in order to make sure that your progress continues outside of therapy!
