I am a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH) who provides a compassionate, grounding, and collaborative space for children (ages 11+), adolescents, adults, families, and couples. My goal is to meet each client exactly where they are while helping them build the insight, skills, and resilience needed to move forward. I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, maternal mental health challenges, relationship stress, emotional dysregulation, and self-harm behaviors.
