Therapy, like anything new, can feel intimidating to begin. I am so glad you’re here, and I encourage you to make the commitment to yourself. I have worked with many people with no prior experience in therapy, and I’m excited to help you feel comfortable with the process. If you've attended therapy before, maybe you’re worried about taking the leap in a new therapeutic relationship. I understand how hard it can be to “start over” or open up. My approach is warm, welcoming and non-judgemental. I laugh a lot with my clients, and find humor to be a healing element of treatment. Together we will collaborate to discuss your goals.
