Feeling overwhelmed or hopeless? I’m here to help. I offer a mindful, judgment-free space to talk, breathe, and begin healing. I work with all ages (yes, including the kiddos!) navigating a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. I specialize in OCD, neurodivergence (Autism, ADHD), BPD, suicidal ideation, trauma and life transitions as well as the many other reasons that bring individuals to therapy. I provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, develop healthier coping strategies, and build resilience.
