Coming to therapy can be hard. Our goal is to make therapy and coaching a positive experience. We work mainly with all addictions including sex, porn and gambling as well as relationship issues, couples work and anxiety. We also work with couples having relationship concerns and those seeking premarital counseling. We offer life coaching for those looking to break negative life patterns and those that are having a hard time managing life transitions. We also specialize in teen issues as well as transgender and identity issues and are certified to do phone and video sessions.
