At our practice, you will be supported by a dedicated team of caring therapists and medication providers. We are a trauma-responsive and culturally honoring practice that uses evidence and research-based treatments for depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, inclusive of all life's challenges. We believe in mind/body connection, so body-oriented skills are taught and incorporated with children, families, and adults. We teach EMDR-based coping skills, mindfulness, meditation, grounding, and others to address emotional distress, change behavioral patterns, increase confidence, and enhance work and personal relationships.
