Starting therapy can feel intimidating for a number of reasons, and often requires approaching things that feel uncomfortable! I strive to foster an environment that is warm, supportive, and empowering. I have experience with a wide variety of presenting concerns, and have a special passion for working with individuals with anxiety-related disorders (e.g. social anxiety, generalized anxiety, phobias) and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).
