Hi! I’m Sage, and, yes, it’s my real name. I swear I didn’t change it when I became a therapist. I, perhaps like you, was hesitant to try therapy for many years until circumstances in my life pushed me to talk about what I was going through. It may be obvious, but that experience set me on the path that brought me here. I know what it's like to be a client: nervous, feeling a mess, and desperately hoping someone can help me fix it.
