My mission at Sage Counseling is to promote your optimum well-being, help you achieve balance in your relationships and to be a 'change agent' by teaching you therapeutic skills and tools to improve your life. I take an integrative approach to your mental health by not only focusing on traditional talk therapy but integrating nutritional psychology and mindfulness/meditation as well
