I am a trauma specialist that utilizes a trauma informed approach in working with individuals 18 and up. Most of my clients identify as high-functioning/high-achieving individuals with histories of childhood trauma, lifelong people pleasing, church hurt, and/or impactful events (experiences that changed the way they saw themselves, people in their life, and the world around them). We focus on reframing core beliefs that have impacted client views of themselves and the world around them that impact emotions, mental health, and relationships.
