We all have our own types of wounds; whether that is an experience that changed you to your core, days filled with overthinking, or an overwhelming sadness that you can’t shake. Your past or trauma does not define you, but it may have molded you. As we are shaped by these experiences we learn ways to cope that protect us. However, what once protected us may now be causing us harm. As a trauma informed and EMDR trained therapist , I am here to walk with you in processing these experiences, managing the symptoms of them, and discovering how to best care for yourself.
