We all struggle; sometimes, it's too heavy to manage alone. We feel shame for our flaws and weaknesses. I know the feeling all too well. We are taught all of our lives that we must struggle on our own and that asking for help is the last and final resort. Ultimately, this leads to isolation and loneliness. However, I say no. There is no flaw in your character or judgment to reach out and say, "I need help."
