When unhealthy patterns have been present for years or keep repeating, it can be difficult to imagine that real change is possible. Yet there is no point in life where meaningful growth cannot occur. Past experiences do not have to define what lies ahead. I was drawn to this work because I deeply value the worth and dignity of each individual. Together, we can begin a new path, one centered on healing, growth, and lasting change.
