I work with adults coping with depression, anxiety, trauma, and cognitive challenges such as ADHD. I have a passion for connecting with individuals on an emotional level and taking an eclectic approach that is best suited to clients' unique wants and needs. My therapeutic orientation combines elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, positive psychology, and mindfulness meditation. As an Arab provider of Muslim faith, I am driven and motivated to work within the context of clients' ethnic and faith backgrounds as they align with their treatment goals.
