Finding a therapist who truly understands you can be challenging, especially when you’ve often felt unseen or misunderstood. My own journey of receiving a late Autism diagnosis ignited a deep passion for advocating for those who have been overlooked—particularly neurodivergent individuals, BIPOC communities, and survivors of trauma. I know firsthand how hard it can be to navigate a world that wasn’t built with you in mind, and my mission is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported.
