About
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who started my career in mental health over 10 years ago. My journey begin with assisting a family member cope with postpartum and divorce. My motivation and passion is with healing others who are experiencing life struggles and are seeking assistance with coping with life stressors such as: mood disorders, anger management, relational problems, and conflict resolution to name a few. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to address thought processes and behaviors.
