Life can feel overwhelming when trauma, anxiety, or depression get in the way of who you want to be. Many of my clients long to break cycles, heal old wounds, and feel more at peace. Using EMDR therapy, I guide clients through a process of letting go of the past and building confidence in the present. I also incorporate music and rhythm, which many find soothing and transformative in therapy. My goal is to create a safe space where you can heal, grow, and begin to live the life you deserve.
