It seems our nation has crashed headlong into mental health crises since Covid. Many more now suffer from depression, anxiety, loneliness, and a general lack of joy in their lives. If this describes you, or you feel as if you can use some hope, I am eager to help. I provide marriage and family therapy to individuals, couples and families. My primary models of counseling include Emotionally Focused Therapy, Family systems, Cognitive behavioral therapy, and Structural family therapy.
